Some crosses are planned around numbers. Window Licker was built around flavour, size and outright funk.

Taking the sweet, fruit-heavy character of Lemon Cherry Gelato and smashing it into the orange, OG and diesel-influenced genetics of Valencia Kush, Window Licker has produced one of the bigger-yielding plants we’ve worked with at Outcast Autos.

ETHOS’s current Lemon Cherry Gelato Auto line is described as having sweet berry, tropical-fruit and loud terpene characteristics, with good vigour and heavy trichome coverage. (Ethos Genetics)

The wider Lemon Cherry Gelato family is associated with lemon, citrus, berry and sweet flavours, with the commonly cited lineage tracing back through Sunset Sherbet × Girl Scout Cookies.

It’s that sweet, creamy, fruity exotic side we wanted coming through this cross.

Then comes the muscle.

Valencia Kush combines Orange Diesel F4 × Marathon OG Auto F3. Available descriptions of the Night Owl/Dark Owl line highlight the Marathon OG selection’s gassy OG, lemon-funk character, strong structure and heavy resin production, combined with the Orange Diesel influence.

Put the two together and things get interesting.

Our selections have produced huge, sweet, dank flowers with a seriously loud tropical-skunk nose.

There’s sweetness straight away, followed by ripe tropical fruit, citrus and that dirty skunky funk underneath. The Valencia Kush brings the heavier OG/Diesel influence while Lemon Cherry Gelato pushes the sweeter fruit and dessert side.

The result is a profile that can move between:
