All UK orders are dispatched using a signed-for delivery service for insurance purposes.

• 1st Class Signed For (1–3 days): Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, but please allow up to 3 days.

• Special Delivery (before 1PM): Delivered the next working day before 1PM after processing.

All UK orders over £150 are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for order processing before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Deliveries

All international orders are sent via signed-for delivery for security and insurance purposes.

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 working days, although delays may occur depending on location and customs.

Processing time remains 24–48 business hours before dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed the following business day.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Products must be unopened

• Items must be sent via recorded delivery

Once we receive the returned items, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
